Qualifications

• Harley-Davidson technician with diagnostic and repair experience across powersports brands.
• Own a basic set of tools; comprehensive tools preferred.
• Graduate from MMI or similar program or substantial real-world experience as a technician.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and watercraft as dictated by skill level.
• Collaborate with the team to stay efficient, accurate, and safe.
• Follow OEM procedures using the facility's specialized tools and resources.
• Deliver high-quality work to keep customers riding safely and confidently.
• Pursue training and certifications; programs paid for by the employer.
