San Diego Harley-Davidson is seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join our fast-paced service team. The role focuses on diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, with emphasis on craftsmanship and efficiency.

Qualified candidates will have hands-on powersports experience, OEM training, and a valid motorcycle license. This position offers competitive hourly pay, sign-on bonuses, and benefits within a Fortune 500 family of dealerships.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in powersports, including diagnostic work.
• Experience with engine teardown and rebuilds is required.
• Harley‑Davidson factory certifications or OEM training is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Perform diagnostics, repairs, and customizations on Harley‑Davidson motorcycles to factory specs.
• Complete work efficiently and flag issues early to avoid delays.
• Collaborate with service writers for accurate work orders and communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bay and shop.
• Stay current with OEM training and certifications.
