Job summary

San Diego Harley-Davidson is seeking a skilled Powersports Technician to join our fast-paced service team. The role focuses on diagnostics, repair, and maintenance of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, with emphasis on craftsmanship and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a technician in powersports, including diagnostic work.
Experience with engine teardown and rebuilds is required.

Complete work efficiently and flag issues early to avoid delays.
Collaborate with service writers for accurate work orders and communication.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional bay and shop.
