Job summary

KLINGSPOR ABRASIVES, INC. is seeking a motivated Factory Sales Representative to aggressively develop new and existing end-user accounts in the industrial sales market. This entry-level role offers advancement opportunities and a commission-based income on top of a base salary, with a protected territory and a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will drive growth, visit customers frequently, and participate in a robust incentive program.

Qualifications

• Insurable driving record.
• Must live within the territory.
• Must pass a DOT Medical Card physical exam; CDL not required.
• Ability to lift boxes up to 65 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Grow territory by acquiring new accounts and developing existing ones.
• Drive growth with disciplined visits and effective prospecting.
• Close new business and maximize commissions via sampling program.
