Job summary

Raytheon’s Digital Manufacturing and Analytics Group seeks a Manufacturing Technology Deployment Engineer for the Andover, MA RFC semiconductor foundry. The role focuses on deploying and sustaining factory software like MES and FDC, and building homebuilt interfaces to support on-floor operations.

You will train engineers and operators, manage rollouts, and coordinate with facilities to install hardware and ensure smooth adoption of digital tools in a 24/7 high-mix environment.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a university degree or equivalent plus 5+ years in related field.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, systems or semiconductor engineering.
• U.S. citizenship required for access to program/contract.

Responsibilities

• On-the-floor deployment support for MES, FDC, and tool interfaces.
• Create training materials and lead sessions for operators and engineers.
• Collaborate with facilities to integrate hardware elements and ensure digital tools fit the fab workflow.
• Serve as primary point of contact between the group and fab-floor stakeholders.
