Qualifications

  • Experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Semiconductor Engineering, and/or Manufacturing Technology.

Raytheon, The Digital Manufacturing and Analytics Group is looking for a Manufacturing Technology Deployment Engineer. This position is located within the RFC (Radio Frequency) Semiconductor foundry in Andover, MA, a 24/7 high-mix manufacturing environment producing microwave monolithic integrated circuits for various RTX products. The fab requires strong on-floor support to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent use of the digital systems that enable factory operations.

The Engineer will be serving as the primary on-the-floor representative for the group. The core responsibility is to ensure that engineers and operators can effectively use our factory applications, including the Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Fault Detection Control (FDC) application, and homebuilt interfaces at specific tools. As system deployments mature, this position shifts into a sustainment and continuous improvement role.

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.
