Raytheon Technologies Corporation is seeking an automation engineering-oriented candidate to join our on-site manufacturing automation team in the Forest facility. You will learn and support the development of automation and digital solutions, working closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and improve production systems.

The role emphasizes hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with opportunities to document systems, test changes, and support system commissioning.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience unless prohibited by local laws/regulations.
• Experience with electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic systems and reading technical drawings and schematics
• Experience learning new technologies in a hands-on manufacturing environment

Responsabilités

• Work alongside experienced automation engineers to learn and support the development of manufacturing automation and digital solutions
• Help maintain, improve, and troubleshoot existing automation systems under the guidance of senior engineers
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving issues on production automation equipment and connected factory systems
• Participate in the full lifecycle of automation projects to gain hands-on experience
• Assist with documenting automation systems, testing changes, and supporting system commissioning
