Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Factory Services Supervisor to lead shared technical services at our RI multi-product site. You will coordinate machining, hydrostatic testing, tooling, and 3D printing, designing a fair allocation system across lines and building scalable processes.

You will supervise machinists, testers, and tooling specialists, and report to the Factory Manager. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential, with eligibility for a U.S.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in manufacturing with exposure to technical support services or similar.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or coordination role managing shared resources.
• Experience building or improving scheduling in multi-program environments.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience establishing operational processes at scale.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all shared technical services including machining, hydrostatic testing, tooling, and 3D printing.
• Design, implement, and own the scheduling methodology for resources.
• Coordinate across production lines and shared services with transparent prioritization.
• Supervise technical staff and build a scalable team culture.
• Establish SOPs, work intake processes, and performance metrics.
• Monitor utilization, forecast demand, and recommend investments.
• Provide regular updates to site leadership on scheduling and risks.
