Job summary

PowerCo Canada Inc. in St. Thomas, Ontario, is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead factory ramp-up projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure design specs, schedules, and budgets are met.

Bring 5+ years in technical PM for production environments, a degree in engineering or operations management, and a proven track record of on-time delivery, safety and quality compliance. Relocation support and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management or related fields.
• 5+ years' professional experience in technical project management within production line or industrial factory setup.
• Experience in factory ramp-ups, construction projects, and process design in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of project management tools & methodologies with focus on technical workstreams, scheduling and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

• Manage factory ramp-up projects, ensuring alignment with design specifications, construction timelines, and operational goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams in construction, equipment installation, and process design activities.
• Manage technical aspects of project workstreams including engineering, procurement, and construction.
• Develop project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-schedule delivery within scope.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory compliance.
