Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in program management, project management, or operations in a manufacturing, construction, or industrial environment.
• 2+ years managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to execute detailed plans and playbooks while adapting to changing priorities.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical teams, with clear status updates.
• Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments requiring composure and focus.
• Highly organized with strong follow-through and accountability for delivering results on time.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain launch playbooks for assigned production programs, tracking activities and ensuring on-schedule completion.
• Partner with production program teams to understand requirements and coordinate smooth handoffs from construction to production operations.
• Coordinate handoffs between construction and production, ensuring facilities and systems are ready for operation.
• Track playbook completion, identify blockers, and drive resolutions that affect timelines or readiness.
• Lead tactical standup meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Own ORT execution, coordinating with technical teams to validate system readiness before production handoff.
• Maintain detailed documentation of launch activities, lessons learned, and process improvements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Construction to resolve dependencies.
