Job summary

You will own end-to-end program delivery, drive process improvements, and align cross-functional teams to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets while managing stakeholders.

The role requires the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance and travel up to 75% to support Columbus, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 6+ years of program management/operations experience (aerospace/defense/manufacturing preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Excel, MS Project, or similar tools.
• Ability to obtain/maintain a U.S. security clearance.
• Travel 50–75% to Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery to meet cost, schedule, and performance targets.
• Develop lightweight processes, tools, and metrics for scope, schedule, and risk management.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal partners to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Prepare and present program status reports and proposals to leadership.
