Job summary

Jabil, a global manufacturing solutions provider, seeks an IT Support Technician for on-site support at Memphis, TN and Byhalia, MS. You will help startup IT infrastructure and support early production ramp, collaborating with IT leadership, facilities, and vendors.

Responsibilities include deploying software, imaging PCs, configuring peripherals, and AD administration, with flexible shifts and strong customer service expected in a dynamic startup environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 5-8 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Active Directory experience.
• Experience troubleshooting network issues, VLANs and VPNs.
• Experience imaging new computer systems.
• Experience with factory-floor shared devices - label printers & RF scanners.
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications and utilities.
• A+ certification desired.

Responsibilities

• Load and verify software packages.
• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues.
• Install and configure PCs and peripherals.
• Administer user accounts using Active Directory.
• Provide phone-based or remote support for offsite users.
• Purchase software and hardware via PO process.
• Support mobile device enrollment and configuration.
• Maintain inventory of computer parts and logs of repairs.
