Job summary

Mars in Ohio is seeking a Site Reliability professional to deliver Factory OT/IT services and support production OT/IT systems in line with global standards. You will lead IT/OT projects, ensure MES support, and serve as the first point of contact for site systems.

You will drive asset health checks, cyber security, and infrastructure masterplanning, collaborating with Mars IT teams and site operations to maintain reliability and performance.

Qualifications

2-year technical degree or certificate in engineering, IT, CS, or IT/OT studies.
Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
3-year IT and OT experience.
Strong organizational, analytical and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Ensure cyber security of the home site as Local Network Administrator.
Deliver IT/OT solutions and services; support site MES.
Lead IT/OT infrastructure projects and masterplan delivery.
Collaborate with Mars IT and site teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.
