Job summary

Mars Incorporated is hiring for an IT/OT Site Reliability role at the Leipsic site. You will serve as the local cyber security lead, manage IT/OT infrastructure, and drive remediation and governance across systems and applications.

You will collaborate with Mars IT and site teams to resolve issues, implement projects, and ensure continuous service improvements, reporting through the global system and KPI dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or IT/OT studies.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• 3-year IT and OT experience.
• Strong organizational, analytical, project management and technical skills.
• Experience with server administration.
• Experience with virtual infrastructure administration.
• Knowledge of IT/OT architecture.
• Knowledge of database administration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cyber security for home site and local network administration.
• Deploy remediation solutions and maintain cybersecurity standards.
• Complete inventory, lifecycle management, and purchasing of IT/OT assets.
• Prepare and follow emergency and business continuity procedures.
• Provide documentation and training to ensure consistent processes.
