Job summary

Mars Pet Nutrition North America is seeking a Factory IT & OT Support Technician for its Fort Smith/Russellville Arkansas site. You will be the on-site expert ensuring IT/OT stability, security, and MES support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Role covers asset health, on-site infrastructure projects, incident response, and collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and global Mars IT teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years IT/OT infrastructure experience in an industrial setting.
• Strong cybersecurity and network administration knowledge.
• Experience with MES systems is desired but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VBA/macros) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Cyber security and infrastructure guardianship on-site.
• Local network administration with secure access control.
• Backup, patching, antivirus updates across IT/OT assets.
• Lead MES support and site IT/OT infrastructure projects.
• Manage tickets and drive continuous improvement.
