United Petfood Producers USA, Inc. in Decatur, AR is seeking an IT Manager to oversee day-to-day IT operations at our Decatur manufacturing facility.

The role combines hands-on support with infrastructure planning, cybersecurity, and collaboration with global IT teams to ensure continuity and security. You will manage Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365, coordinate with OT systems like MES and SCADA, and lead vendor relations and lifecycle projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• 5+ years in IT systems engineering, administration, or management.
• Strong experience with Windows Server, AD, and virtualization (Hyper‑V).
• Solid networking knowledge with LAN/WAN/VPN and security best practices.
• Experience with backups, DR, and business continuity.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day IT operations for the Decatur facility.
• Ensure security, reliability, and performance of IT systems.
• Lead infrastructure lifecycle projects (hardware/software refresh).
• Support PLC, MES, SCADA and OT integration in manufacturing.
• Coordinate IT service contracts and vendor SLAs.
• Partner with OT teams and Group IT on initiatives.
