Job summary

Mars Pet Nutrition seeks a Factory IT/OT Support Technician for the Aurora Plant to safeguard IT/OT services, support MES, and lead continuous improvements on-site. You’ll partner with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and Quality teams to maintain uptime and security.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in industrial IT/OT, networking, and cybersecurity, with a technical degree or certificate, and are fluent in English. On-site day shift with strong safety commitments.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate’s/2-year technical degree or professional certificate.
• Experience: 3+ years supporting IT/OT infrastructure in manufacturing or mission-critical environments.
• Communication: Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own on-site IT/OT infrastructure strategies and MES support.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Quality, and global IT teams.
• Manage ticketing, KPIs, and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Oversee asset health, backups, patching, and security updates.
