Job summary

Mars is seeking a Site Reliability professional to ensure delivery of Factory OT/IT services at the Leipsic site, provide first-line support for production OT/IT systems, and drive the masterplan for OT/IT infrastructure in coordination with regional teams.

You will manage cyber security for the local network, maintain inventories and lifecycle of IT/OT assets, and collaborate with Mars IT, Engineering, Operations and Quality to resolve issues and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• 2-year technical degree or certificate in Engineering, IT, CS or IT/OT studies.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cyber security of home site and local network administration.
• Deploy remediation and maintain cybersecurity standards for OT/IT.
• Manage inventory, lifecycle, and procurement of IT/OT infrastructure components.
• Prepare and follow emergency and continuity procedures (crisis toolkit).
• Provide documentation and training to ensure consistent processes.
