Harbinger Motors is seeking a Systems Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and performance of our end-to-end infrastructure. You will work on-site with Business systems, Facilities, and Production teams, drawing diagrams and writing Ansible playbooks alongside factory technicians.

The role emphasizes IaC, GitOps, and SRE practices to ensure 24/7 availability and robust system performance across datacenter and edge environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering or related roles.
• Strong Linux and Windows administration skills.
• Hands-on experience with IaC and automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and support end-to-end infrastructure across the factory floor.
• Champion Infrastructure as Code using Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
• Implement GitOps workflows for infrastructure delivery and 24/7 reliability.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support continuity and stability.
• Work on-site with factory and engineering teams to manage edge hardware
