Job summary

Harbinger in California is hiring a Systems Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and performance of end-to-end infrastructure from the factory floor to the data center. The role requires a builder mentality and on-site collaboration with Business systems, Facilities, and Production teams.

You will work with Ansible, Terraform, and other IaC tools, implement GitOps workflows, and support 24/7 system availability.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, network engineering, endpoint management, or infrastructure operations.
• Strong Linux and Windows expertise with hands-on virtualization experience.
• Familiarity with MES/OT edge devices and factory networks.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and support end-to-end infrastructure across the factory floor.
• Champion an Infrastructure as Code culture with automation tools.
• Implement and manage GitOps workflows for reliable delivery.
• Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems for proactive issues.
• Participate in on-call rotations to support continuity.
• Work on-site with factory and IT teams.
