Job summary

Harbinger Motors is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Engineer to support our advanced EV manufacturing lines, ensuring high reliability and uptime across automated systems. You will diagnose failures, implement improvements, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.

You will collaborate with Production, Process Engineering, Quality, and suppliers to optimize maintenance programs, document changes per ISO standards, and support safe, efficient ramp-ups.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 2–5 years in maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment.
• Hands-on with automated assembly equipment and robotics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation failures.
• Maximize uptime and meet maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, OEE).
• Develop and improve preventive/predictive maintenance plans.
• Lead RCA and implement corrective actions.
