Job summary

Horny Toad Harley-Davidson is seeking a Certified Motorcycle Technician in Temple, TX, to diagnose, repair, and maintain Harley-Davidson motorcycles with factory standards. Eligible candidates will hold Harley-Davidson training and have strong diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities include performing maintenance, upgrades, PDIs, and documenting work in the repair order system. Benefits include comprehensive insurance, 401(k), PTO, and training opportunities within a Fortune 500 ecosystem.

Qualifications

Harley-Davidson experience strongly preferred.
Graduate of MMI, UTI motorcycle program, or equivalent formal training.
Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs independently to Harley-Davidson standards.

Responsibilities

Perform factory-authorized maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles and related products.
Troubleshoot engines, electrical systems, suspensions, transmissions, and drivetrains to factory standards.
Complete performance tuning, upgrades, and accessory installations with precision.
Conduct PDIs to ensure factory specs and safety requirements.
Document all work in the dealership’s repair order system.
Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work environment.
Collaborate with service advisors and parts department for timely completion.
Stay current with Harley-Davidson training and bulletins.
