Job summary

Sonic Automotive is looking for a certified Motorcycle Technician to join Falcons Fury Harley-Davidson in Conyers, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diagnostics and maintenance of Harley-Davidson motorcycles, must be able to work independently, and hold valid motorcycle endorsements. This role offers a flat-rate compensation structure with annual earnings ranging from $75,000 to $125,000+, along with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and excellent benefits such as paid time off and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Certified Motorcycle Technician with strong Harley-Davidson background.
• Must pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screening.
• Experience with performance upgrades and custom builds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory-authorized maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on motorcycles.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections to ensure motorcycles meet specifications.
• Document all work performed using the dealership’s repair order system.

Skills

Strong background in diagnostics

Repair and maintenance of Harley-Davidson motorcycles

Ability to perform diagnostics and repairs independently

Valid motorcycle endorsement

Current Harley-Davidson factory certifications

Education

Graduate of MMI or equivalent formal motorcycle technician training
