Qualifications

• Certified Motorcycle Technician with Harley-Davidson experience preferred.
• Graduate of MMI/UTI motorcycle program or equivalent training.
• Valid motorcycle endorsement on driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform factory-authorized maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.
• Troubleshoot and repair engines, electrical systems, suspensions, transmissions, and drivetrains per Harley-Davidson standards.
• Complete performance tuning, upgrades, and accessory installations with precision.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) to meet Harley-Davidson specs and safety requirements.
• Document all work in the dealership’s repair order system.
• Maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work environment.
• Stay current with Harley-Davidson factory training and new model releases.
