Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years in a related technical field with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams through hiring and coaching.
• Strong understanding of digital logic, digital communications, and signal processing; power delivery a plus.
• Working knowledge of software programming concepts (C#).
• Ability to translate customer and market needs into actionable priorities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of application engineers with clear growth paths.
• Set team goals and priorities, manage performance and succession.
• Contribute to product roadmap by representing customer needs in requirements.
• Build relationships with key customers and global account teams.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field Apps to align requirements.
• Own the team's technical capability roadmap for UltraFLEXplus and related products.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve productivity and test adoption.
