Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• 10+ years in a related technical field, including experience leading and developing technical teams.
• Proven ability to build high-performing teams through hiring, coaching, talent development, and succession planning.
• Strong understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals, including digital logic, digital communications, and signal processing; knowledge of power delivery is a plus.
• Working knowledge of software programming concepts (preferably C#) to guide technical direction and evaluate team output.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills with ability to translate customer and market needs into executable priorities.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, and develop a team of application engineers with growth paths across experience levels.
• Set team goals, priorities, and workload distribution; manage performance and career development.
• Guide the team's contribution to the product roadmap, ensuring customer needs are reflected in requirements and release readiness.
• Build relationships with key customers and worldwide account teams to inform product priorities.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field Applications to align customer requirements with product strategy.
• Serve as an escalation point for design-ins and complex customer engagements, driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Own the team's technical capability roadmap across UltraFLEXplus, Digital, Serial, and DC product areas.
