Job summary

Teradyne is seeking a highly motivated Field Application Engineer to join the Global Field Applications team. You will work collaboratively and independently to develop practical application solutions for analog and mixed-signal semiconductor devices, and deploy test solutions across multiple environments.

Responsibilities include test software development, load board/schematic reviews, and analyzing issues to optimize customer throughput.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher in Electrical / Computer Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of semiconductor testing industry experience.
• Hands-on testing and test development on ATE platforms (Analog/Digital/Mixed Signal/RF).
• Knowledge of Teradyne UltraFlex/UltraFlexPlus is a plus.
• Proficient in Visual Basic, C, C++, C# programming; strong Windows/Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, debug and deploy test solutions for Analog and Mixed Signal devices.
• Test program software development in a collaborative environment.
• Review load board/probe card schematics for test solutions.
• Analyze problems and optimize customer throughput on Teradyne ATE.
• Work with customers to improve test processes and coverage.
