Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Supervisor II for its FACT Team in the Portland area. The role leads the interdisciplinary team, coordinates community-based services, and ensures trauma‑informed, client‑centered care while delivering direct clinical services as needed.

The position requires a Master’s in a behavioral health field, QMHP eligibility, and at least three years of clinical experience with supervision preferred; a driving license and Portland area mobility are expected.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a behavioral science field; must qualify as a QMHP per Oregon regulations. CADC credential preferred.
• Minimum three years of clinical experience; experience with supervision is a plus.
• Strong clinical judgment, leadership, and decision‑making skills. Familiarity with evidence‑based practices, motivational interviewing, and strength‑based case management.

Responsibilities

• Develop annual program goals aligned with Cascadia's objectives and contracts.
• Collaborate with community partners to support FACT clients and access housing, benefits, and employment.
• Provide direct clinical services, including mental health assessments, service planning, and evidence-based interventions to reduce criminal behavior.
• Oversee the clinical operations of the FACT Team and supervise staff, including performance reviews.
• Document and maintain compliance with EHR standards and program requirements.
• Assist in crisis situations and participate in after-hours on-call rotation.
• Serve on-call duties one week per month and respond to crises after-hours as needed.
