Job summary

Mental Health Resource Center in Jacksonville, FL seeks a FACT Lite Behavioral Health Clinician to deliver community-based behavioral health and social services. You will work primarily in the community, using LATRS and FACT to support adults with serious mental illness and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field is required.
• Experience with adults with serious mental illness is preferred.
• Must meet MHRC/RBHS driver requirements and have a valid FL license.
• Ability to work independently and in a team with multidisciplinary staff.
• Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment, rehab, and support per LATRS/FACT framework.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and completeness of records.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments and document results.
• Advocate for clients to access social services, housing, and entitlements.
• Offer trainings to staff on integrated assessment and treatment skills.
• Provide regular trainings and updated housing/resource information.
• Offer vocational and educational counseling to help clients plan goals.
