ServiceMaster NCR is seeking a Warehouse Facilities Manager to own the Alexandria, VA facility, lead the warehouse team, and ensure building safety, maintenance, and compliance. You’ll supervise the Warehouse Manager and coordinate with COO, Project Managers, and HR to keep operations ready for scheduled jobs and emergencies.

The role combines hands-on leadership with budget responsibility, vendor management, and improvement projects across offices, shop areas, and the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in facilities management or related operations.
• Minimum 3 years supervising staff or a team lead.
• Forklift operator certification.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and budgets.
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the Alexandria facility (offices, warehouse, shop areas, grounds).
• Plan and manage preventive/corrective maintenance for building systems.
• Ensure fire and life-safety compliance and inspections.
• Manage access control, alarms, and security.
• Lead facility budget development and spend tracking.
• Coordinate with project managers to support scheduled jobs and emergencies.
• Maintain the facility emergency action plan and safety procedures.
