Job summary

ABM is seeking a Sr. Facilities Manager to oversee multiple spokes and depots, ensuring safe operations, safeguarding assets, and maintaining strong client relations.

You will manage a team including Facility Manager, Engineers, and Technicians, while guiding preventive maintenance and complex system issues. The role requires 5+ years in facility management and hands-on experience with CMMS and BAS platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5–7+ years in mission critical ops environments.
• Minimum 5 years of facility management/plant operations supervision experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with C‑level and vendor interactions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee client sites and mission critical infrastructure.
• Manage the facilities team and site procedures to ensure high quality work.
• Lead after‑hours emergencies and coordinate maintenance actions.
• Develop and manage annual shutdowns and preventive maintenance plans.
• Audit CMMS data for accuracy; report and track KPIs and budget performance.
