Job summary

New Life Delivery Service is seeking a Facility Project Manager to oversee day-to-day facility projects, minor repairs, and operational support across multiple locations. You will ensure warehouse and facility operations are safe, efficient, and well-organized, coordinating with Inventory Management, Operations, and leadership to support continuity.

The role involves hands-on facility maintenance, new location setups, and driving improvements in safety, efficiency, and process standardization

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in facility management, construction management or maintenance.
Experience operating a forklift and electric pallet jack.
Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee facility projects across HTI locations including racking repair and warehouse moves.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams for larger facility work.
Monitor facility conditions and identify maintenance, safety, and improvement needs.
Ensure compliance with OHSA and safety policies across facilities.
Direct and delegate tasks to project teams to support execution of facility projects.
