Job summary

Metropolitan Warehouse seeks a Facility Maintenance & Safety Manager to oversee daily site safety, risk management, and maintenance operations. You will streamline procedures, manage training, inspections, inventory, and risk assessments while wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced fulfillment environment.

Responsibilities include leading safety programs, regulatory compliance, and coordinating procurement of parts and services to keep warehouse operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Health, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of safety management experience.
• OSHA experience is required.
• Experience in warehouse safety is preferred.
• Strong data analysis and risk assessment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day facility safety and compliance with regulations.
• Lead preventive maintenance programs and equipment safety.
• Coordinate MRO procurement and inventory control for the facility.
• Conduct safety inspections, incident investigations, and training.
• Maintain records and reporting for safety training and audits.
