Walmart in Lumberton, NC is seeking a Facility Associate to lead and participate in teams, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution of tasks. You will develop and implement processes, monitor progress, and promote ethical standards in daily operations.

You will support multiple departments, train staff on equipment use, and maintain records while driving continuous improvement and teamwork across shifts.

Competenze

• 6 months’ experience as Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year’s experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
• Associate’s degree in a Business or related field.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain records and forms.

Mansioni

• Provides direction and guidance on supporting relevant departments.
• Identifies poor housekeeping and unsafe working conditions in the facility to ensure safety and procedural compliance.
• Ensures freight handling equipment is available and in proper working order and supplies are organized and stocked.
• Trains associates by providing instruction on the proper setup and operation of machinery and following up on training completion.
• Monitors work plans, workloads, and associates to meet deadlines and resolve issues.
• Carries out tasks, communicates progress, and adapts to change and feedback.
• Supports associate engagement by providing learning opportunities and encouraging teamwork.
