Qualifications

• 6 months’ experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
• Associate’s degree in a Business or related field.
• Fluency in a language other than English (e.g., Spanish, Mandarin) based on business and customer needs.
• Leadership or supervisory role in a manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment.
• Proficient Spanish speaking and comprehension ability for work-related matters such as communicating information about facility merchandise/operations and engaging in dialogue with Spanish-speaking associates/customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and guidance on supporting relevant departments.
• Identify poor housekeeping and unsafe working conditions in the facility to ensure safety and procedural compliance.
• Ensure freight handling equipment is available and in proper working order and supplies are organized and stocked.
• Support facility associate engagement by providing learning opportunities and building relationships with cross-training opportunities.
• Train associates by providing instruction on the proper set up and operation of machinery and following up to ensure completion of training.
• Monitor work plans, workloads, and associates to meet deadlines by collaborating with managers and customers.
• Completes and prioritizes work assignments by using policies, data and resources, collaborating with managers and partners.
• Maintain a culture of belonging, teamwork, and accountability while upholding Walmart values.
• Delivers results while putting the customer first and drives continuous improvements.
