Walmart Inc. is hiring for a full-time eComm Warehouse Logistics role in Lumberton, NC. The position involves leading teams, coordinating work, and ensuring safety and compliance while upholding Walmart policies and ethics. Shifts vary and the role pays hourly wages between $22.55 and $26.05.

Requirements include 6 months of Walmart Supply Chain experience or 1 year in manufacturing/warehousing, or an Associate’s degree in a related field. Benefits include health, retirement, and PTO programs.

• Associate’s degree in Business or related field preferred.

• Provide direction and guidance across relevant departments and teams.
• Identify unsafe conditions and ensure safety and compliance.
• Maintain equipment availability and organize supplies.
• Train associates on machinery setup and operation and track training completion.
• Monitor workloads, deadlines, and progress; communicate status and issues.
• Collaborate with managers and partners to address improvement opportunities.
