Job summary

The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, seeks a Facility Telehealth Technology Program Manager to oversee telehealth initiatives across Home Telehealth, VA Video Connect, Clinical Video Telehealth, Store & Forward, and Secure Messaging.

Qualifications

Transcript required with application; education must be accredited by US DoE.
Foreign education requires Certificate of Foreign Equivalency.
Experience coordinating telehealth programs and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee Telehealth programs (Home Telehealth, VVC, CVT, Store & Forward, Secure Messaging) and ensure alignment with VHA/VISN standards.
Lead program development, evaluation, and collaboration with clinical services to improve care delivery and reduce costs.
Coordinate with OIT, Biomedical Engineering, Logistics, and leadership to implement new technologies.
Develop policies, protocols, and outcome measures; monitor performance and reporting.
Manage staffing, training, and equipment deployment for Telehealth initiatives.
