The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a Program Specialist - Telehealth Technology Program Manager to sustain clinical Telehealth operations across the Sioux Falls VA Health Care System, including four CBOCs, one PCTOC, Vet Centers and state veterans homes.

Qualifications

• Specialized Experience: 1 year equivalent to GS-07, in operations, maintenance or improvement of technology-based programs and providing user assistance or training.
• Education: two years of graduate education or masters in a related field may substitute for experience.
• Combination: graduate education plus experience may qualify.

Responsabilités

• Manage operations of Telehealth and Connected Care technologies and act as project manager for deployments.
• Coordinate with OIT, Biomedical Engineering, UCIS and other teams for ongoing operations and maintenance.
• Develop reports on system utilization and coordinate with stakeholders to address trends and issues.
