Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in New York is seeking a Facilities Lead to manage repairs and preventive maintenance across our store network. You will be accountable for safe operation of facility equipment, timely responses to maintenance requests, and ensuring all work is performed to high standards.

The role requires basic food service equipment familiarity, strong communication, and the ability to work non-traditional hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Airport badge coordination may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day routine and preventative maintenance in stores.
• Respond promptly to maintenance calls and maintain tools.
• Coordinate with outside repair vendors and manage invoices.
• Complete opening and closing checklists and health standards.
• Inform GM of new maintenance issues and assist with estimates.
