Job summary

Kids for the Future in Circleville, OH seeks a Facility Maintenance Technician to perform mechanical, plumbing, electrical and carpentry repairs on equipment and facilities, and operate production machinery as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid Ohio driver\'s license, and experience in building maintenance. You will inspect, service and repair systems, manage records, and respond to emergencies, possibly overtime and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and safe driving record.
• Experience in construction or equivalent maintenance.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs alone and up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Familiarity with safety rules and regulations.
• Basic computer skills for documenting repairs.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry repairs on equipment and facilities.
• Inspect, service, and maintain HVAC and related systems.
• Operate production machinery as needed.
• Maintain inventory and records; assist with procurement.
• Respond to unscheduled repairs and emergencies.
• Coordinate with vendors; may supervise outside contractors.
• Overtime and weekend work as required.
