Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Facility Systems Technician in Arkansas to operate, maintain and repair boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, and related systems across hospitals and clinics. You will work with minimal supervision while prioritizing safety and quality in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Required licensure includes Boiler Operator and EPA Universal Certification with onboarding within specified timelines; 1–3 years of commercial HVAC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license for all Mercy locations.
• Mercy Arkansas Hospitals require High Pressure Boiler Operators License; obtain within 1 year.
• Class C Tank Operator Training; obtain within 90 days.
• EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants; obtain within 12 months.
• Fire door and UL fire stop training; complete within 90 days.
• 1–3 years commercial HVAC, boilers, and refrigeration experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain, and repair boiler, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical systems.
• Support hospitals and clinics to ensure environment of care and safety.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to equipment failures promptly.
• Use Outlook, TMS and Nuvolo for work orders and documentation.
