Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent is seeking an experienced Facilities Technician for Navicent Health Medical Center - Facilities. This full-time role requires day shifts with possible after-hours for HVAC service at multiple locations.

You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs and install/building systems across mechanical, electrical and plumbing domains, including building automation, safety systems and medical gas networks.

Qualifications

Advanced technical maintenance experience in facilities/industrial environments.
Strong ability to read blueprints and life-safety drawings.
Experience with building automation and utility systems.

Responsibilities

Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on complex facility systems.
Diagnoses and implements repairs for utility, infrastructure and life-safety systems.
Installs, replaces and maintains mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls systems.
Operates and monitors building automation systems; ensures safety and efficiency.
Maintains vacuum, compressed air and medical gas systems.
Reads and updates blueprints and life-safety documentation.
Coordinates with vendors and contractors; maintains testing and maintenance records.
