Responsibilities

• Conducts routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and facility structures.
• Repairs or replaces faulty mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and boiler equipment and fixes obstructed lines or leaking fixtures.
• Performs daily checks on equipment like nurse call systems, medical gas outlets, TVs, and patient transport gear.
• Manages receipt, distribution, and relocation of facility materials, furniture, equipment, and files.
• Follows PPE and safety checks to ensure compliance with codes.
