Job summary

Arthrex, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Specialist to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems at our Naples, FL campus. The role focuses on HVAC functions and supports general maintenance objectives.

You will work Monday through Friday 4:00pm to 12:30am, train technicians, ensure OSHA compliance, and help maintain safe, efficient operations. Candidates should have 10 years of related experience and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Requires 10 years of directly related experience in facilities maintenance.
• High school diploma required.
• Advanced mastery of building systems (fire, chiller, compressed air).

Responsibilities

• Performs inspection, installation, repair and servicing of HVAC, refrigeration and electrical systems.
• Conducts general building repairs on interior/exterior facilities.
• Maintains a safe, clean work environment and assists staff.
• Mentors technicians on new equipment and processes.
• Ensures compliance with Arthrex policies and OSHA regulations.
