Job summary

Wallhouse Hotel in Walnut Creek, Ohio is seeking a reliable Facility Support Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property. The role supports daily operations and non-clinical upkeep across indoor and outdoor areas.

The ideal candidate will handle preventive maintenance, minor repairs, exterior upkeep, and assist housekeeping as needed. Weekend availability and on-call responsiveness are required for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable, detail oriented and takes initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priortize.
• Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must be on call for any emergency that may come up.

Responsibilities

• Preform preventative maintanence tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
• Completes maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely manner
• Perform minor repairs, and paint touch ups
• Maintains cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removal
• Assist with groundkeeping, including pulling weeks, and general upkeep of the exterior
• Pressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lot
• Preform carpet cleaning, and floor cleaning
• Monitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levels
• Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily operations
