Wallhouse Hotel in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a Facility Support Technician to help maintain a clean, safe, and well-kept property and support daily operations.

This full-time role offers stable hours, weekend shifts, on-call availability, and opportunities to grow while performing maintenance tasks, housekeeping support, and exterior upkeep.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.

• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Must be available to work weekends and on-call emergencies.
• Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance to keep the property in excellent condition.
• Complete maintenance work orders promptly.
• Do minor repairs and paint touch-ups.
• Keep exterior areas clean; manage parking lots and trash.
• Assist with groundskeeping and exterior upkeep.
• Pressure wash sidewalks and parking lot areas.
• Perform carpet and floor cleaning.
• Monitor pool chemicals to ensure proper levels.
• Assist housekeeping to support daily operations.

Job Title : Facility Support Technician

Join Our team at the Wallhouse Hotel

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Support Technician to join our team, This role is idea for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean safe, and well kept enviroment whilesupporting the overall upkeep of the property.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preform preventative maintanence tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
• Completes maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely manner
• Perform minor repairs, and paint touch ups
• Maintains cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removal
• Assist with groundkeeping, including pulling weeks, and general upkeep of the exterior
• Pressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lot
• Preform carpet cleaning, and floor cleaning
• Monitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levels
• Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily operations
