Job summary

Comfort Inn Caldwell is seeking a reliable Facility Support Technician to keep the property clean, safe, and well maintained, while supporting daily operations.

You will perform preventative maintenance tasks, minor repairs, exterior upkeep, and assist housekeeping as needed; weekend availability and on-call responsiveness are required. This is a full-time on-site role at the Caldwell location.

Qualifications

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Reliable, detail oriented and takes initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• Must be on call for any emergency that may come up.

Responsibilities

• Preform preventative maintanence tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
• Completes maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely manner
• Perform minor repairs, and paint touch ups
• Maintains cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removal
• Assist with groundkeeping, including pulling weeks, and general upkeep of the exterior
• Pressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lot
• Preform carpet cleaning, and floor cleaning
• Monitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levels
• Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily operations
