Job summary

Experis in Atlanta, GA is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 3 to join our facilities maintenance team. The role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting building management systems (EPMS) and related electrical and mechanical equipment.

You will follow established MOP procedures to ensure system redundancy and efficiency, document work with Windows 11 laptops, and support day-to-day operations and emergency repairs on-site in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electrical/controls/mechanical systems in high-availability settings.
• Experience with EPMS and MOP procedures.
• OSHA or NFPA 70E cert; EPA refrigerant license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot EPMS and related equipment.
• Follow MOP procedures to ensure redundancy and efficiency.
• Document work using Windows 11 laptops and coordinate with teams.
