Job summary

ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a CE Facility Support Engineer - Mechanical 3 for the East Point, GA facility.

The role focuses on maintenance and troubleshooting of building management systems and related electrical/mechanical equipment, on a night shift, with a 6- to 18-month contract. The ideal candidate will bring 5+ years of experience in high-availability environments, EPMS familiarity, and OSHA/NFPA 70E certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical, controls, or mechanical systems within high-availability environments such as data centers, refineries, hospitals, or manufacturing facilities.
• Experience with building management systems (EPMS) and familiarity with MOP procedures.
• Required certifications include OSHA or OSHA-approved NFPA 70E Certification; EPA Refrigerant License is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts, rotating shifts, and varied work weeks.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of building management systems (EPMS) and related electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Follow established procedures such as chiller MOP, chilled water pump MOP, and CRAH MOP to ensure system redundancy and operational efficiency.
• Utilize supplier-provided Windows 11 laptops to document work and communicate effectively with team members.
• Work onsite at the Atlanta facility, supporting day-to-day operations and emergency repairs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure safety, compliance, and optimal system performance.
