CubeSmart seeks a Facility Services Manager with multi-unit experience to oversee construction and R&M projects across a division. You will manage capital projects, supervise contractors, and ensure facilities meet company standards.

The role requires travel roughly 50% and collaboration with district leaders to deliver on-time, within-budget maintenance and upgrades at the Las Vegas market stores.

Qualifications

• Four year degree or comparable background; minimum five years building maintenance or construction experience.
• Engineering degree is favorable but not requisite; supervision experience desired.

Responsabilités

• Oversee capital improvements and major maintenance projects for 100+ stores across multiple states.
• Review and evaluate service contracts; solicit bids; negotiate contracts; ensure timely project completion.
• Provide direction to District Managers and Senior District Managers on repair and maintenance topics.
• Develop and manage capital budgets; review expenses; approve invoices and expenditures.
