Job summary

Bbmaint is looking for an energetic Business Development Manager in Lake Zurich, IL, to expand our commercial cleaning services client base. This role involves generating new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and preparing proposals to grow existing accounts.

The ideal candidate should have 3–7 years of sales experience and be comfortable with prospecting and cold calling. Compensation includes a base salary of $65,000 to $75,000, alongside uncapped commissions and performance bonuses.

Qualifications
